Two stylists can run the same service menu, and one of them charges twice as much for it.

The work behind the chair is comparable. What's different is what's happening on the page before the client ever DMs to book. The content they're posting, the way their bio reads, and the way the grid feels when a new client lands on it for the first time. All of it is doing the work of pulling in the client who's willing to pay their rate, and the same kind of client is scrolling past everything you've been putting out.

This program rebuilds what you're posting so the right people stop on the right work, the chair starts filling with the clients you actually want, and the brand reps finally notice the page that's been there the whole time.

Who It's Built For

Three stylists. One room.

This is built for stylists who already do strong work and are ready for their content to start doing the work it should. Bringing the right clients in, getting the brand reps watching, and finally lining up with what's actually happening behind the chair.

01

The stylist who wants the higher-paying clients.

You're good and you're booked, and you have the wrong clients in your chair while the dream clients you actually want are still scrolling past your page. What you're posting is still speaking to the client you outgrew two years ago, and we rebuild the content so it starts speaking to the one you want sitting down instead.

02

The salon owner ready to make their team visible.

You want growth that doesn't live and die on whether you posted today, and you want it to work across your whole team and the salon as a brand. This is the framework you can roll out to every chair on the floor.

03

The stylist stepping into educator.

You want the brand deals, the classes, and an audience that treats you like the authority instead of asking for free consults in the DMs. That kind of standing has to be built, and this is where you build it.

What Past Students Did With It

A few specific stories.

These are individual outcomes from stylists who ran the system. Not everyone in every cohort hits these exact numbers. The ones who put the work in saw the work pay off.

100K+ Views on a single reel for one stylist who was averaging 5K, after we worked on their hooks in week six.
8+ New extension consults a month for another, pulled from content that was already sitting on their page once we changed how it was framed.
3 to 5× More posts pulled from a single shoot day for a stylist who used to film twice a week to keep up. The math that ended the hamster wheel for them.
100% Increase in posting consistency from week one to week eight for a stylist who hadn't posted in three months when they joined.
+1Ks Real new followers in one cohort for a stylist who'd been stuck under 2K for over a year, and the kind who actually book in.
1 → Team One salon owner who walked out running the system across every chair on their floor by week eight.

Results like these come from the work you put in during the eight weeks, not the program on its own. The work is doable inside the window if you show up to it.

What You Walk Out With

The specific things that change by week eight.

By the end of the eight weeks you'll have a clear sense of who your content is for, a bio that actually books, a content system you can run in the time between clients, and a brand that finally matches what's happening behind your chair.

01
A clear sense of who your content is actually for.
By week one you'll know the specific client your page is built to attract, and everything you post from then on stops being generic. We call it your one-word problem, and it becomes the lens every caption, story, and offer runs through after that.
02
A content rhythm pulled from who you already are.
Four content lanes built from your actual strengths and what you're already known for, so you stop staring at the camera trying to figure out what to film today.
03
Knowing exactly what to film when you have ten minutes between clients.
The four content formats (day-in-the-life, consultation, tutorial, carousel) that consistently bring in the right clients, and which one to pick when you only have a few minutes to capture something.
04
Selling your work every day without sounding like you're selling.
How to talk about your services and your spots in a way that actually books people in, without writing a single hard pitch or feeling like you're running an infomercial in your own stories.
05
Brand reps and agents reaching out to you instead of the other way around.
The positioning that makes you the obvious expert in your category, the kind a brand manager can feel in the first frame of your page.
06
A second brain that audits your content in five minutes.
The AI workflow for using Claude to review your bio, your captions, and your content strategy, so the work that used to take a whole Sunday afternoon gets done between blowouts.
07
Phone content that looks like it belongs on a brand page.
The filming, lighting, and composition fundamentals that make every video you shoot on your phone look intentional, without bringing in extra gear or a videographer.
08
The reach that's been waiting inside the videos you already filmed.
How to find the clip that should've been first and pull it forward. This is the single edit that turned 5K-view reels into 100K-view reels for past students.
09
Brand assets that look professional, made between clients.
The way Canva starts functioning as a real brand tool the moment you stop treating it like a free template library.
10
Ten pieces of content from a single hour of shooting.
The repurposing system that turns one shoot day into a full month of content, so posting consistently stops eating your weekends.
11
Stories that turn followers into clients.
The way to run your Stories layer so the people watching all day end up booking the chair, not just adding to your view count.
12
An audience that books in instead of just watches.
What it looks like when the people on your page are actually paying attention, and how to build that on purpose instead of waiting for the algorithm to hand it to you.
How It Runs

A done-with-you program, not a course you log into and forget.

Live Weekly

One live call a week, Wednesdays at 5pm PST.

Built around behind-the-chair life, and every call is recorded so you can replay anything you miss without losing the week.

Personal Feedback

Real feedback on every piece of content you make.

You drop your videos into a private group chat with me every week and every single one gets real edits back, including where the text should sit, why the hook is or isn't working, and what to do with the version you didn't end up posting.

Always-On

A chat where you can ask me a question any day of the week.

You're not waiting until Wednesday to get unstuck, and if something comes up between calls, that's what the chat is for.

Group Learning

You get the answers to questions you didn't know to ask.

When I'm coaching the stylist next to you, you're sitting on insight you would've paid for separately. The way the cohorts have always worked, it's the part nobody expects walking in and the part everyone talks about walking out.

Why I Built This

I've sat in too many programs that handed me a workbook and called it coaching.

One call a week, no feedback on anything I turned in, no follow-through after, and no real proof the person teaching had ever actually used the thing they were teaching behind their own chair.

So I built the program I would've paid for the year I was figuring all of this out alone.

What you're learning here is the same system I still run behind my own chair, inside my salon, and across the brand I've built around both.

Live coaching from a human, every week.

Calls are real conversations where I'm working through your content with you in real time, and you can hear me thinking out loud as we move through your page together.

Daily feedback on your actual content.

Every video you drop into the group chat gets feedback back from me personally, on the work you're making that specific week, and the feedback is never handed off to a TA or a rubric grading on my behalf.

We get the messaging right before any tactics.

Most of the time the thing that isn't working in your content is what you're saying, and stacking tactics on top of broken messaging just amplifies the wrong thing.

A system I'm still running on my own page.

The thing you're learning is what I'm using to grow my own salon, my own education company, and the next video I post this week.

A Few Questions, Handled

Before you ask.

Is this for new stylists?
Behind the Brand is built for stylists who already do strong work and want their brand to catch up. If you're brand new behind the chair, more time in the chair will help you get the most out of this when you're ready.
Do I need a big following to get in?
No. The program is built around clarifying what you actually solve and building visibility from there. Past students came in with under 1K followers and walked out with the system that grows beyond it.
Are there payment plans?
Yes. $2,000 paid in full, two payments of $1,100, or four payments of $625.
Will you actually look at my content every week?
Yes. Every video you submit gets real feedback on the hook, the text placement, the edit, the pacing, and the way it's positioning your work. That's the program.
What if I can't stay consistent?
This is the most honest objection most stylists have, and it's the one the program is built around. The structure, the weekly feedback, and the group accountability are all there because consistency tends to be a system problem more than a willpower problem.
What if I do this and nothing changes?
The system works when you actually run it. If you show up to the calls, submit your content, and apply the feedback, you'll have a built brand by week eight. The honest version is that the stylists who put the work in behind the program are the ones who see the change come through.
What if I can't make the live calls?
Calls are Wednesdays at 5pm PST and recorded every week, so you can watch replays on your schedule. Most past students caught at least half of them live and replayed the rest.
What if I'm a salon owner with a team?
The program is built for individual stylists, but salon owners have used it to roll the methodology out to their entire team. Mention it in your application so we can plan the right setup.
What happens after I apply?
You'll answer about ten questions, which takes around eight minutes. I personally review every application, and you'll hear back from me within 48 hours either way.
One Last Thing

You already know.

If this sounds like the room you've been looking for, it probably is. Seats are limited, and once this cohort fills, it closes. I'd love to read your application.
